Le Lithe Body Well Within retreats are designed as a structured opportunity for nervous system, digestion and gut function reset, deep rest and whole-body restoration.
Set in beautiful, tranquil natural landscapes with carefully selected luxury accommodation, each retreat is intentionally curated to support both physiological and psychological wellbeing. This is a space where the body is given permission to downshift—away from chronic stress, overstimulation, and constant demand.
Across the retreat experience, you are guided through a combination of daily movement practices (including Pilates and yoga), restorative meditation, functional nutrition education, and evidence-informed wellbeing workshops. These are complemented by healing modalities and therapies designed to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and overall balance.
Nutrition is central to the experience. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared by our retreat chef, David Spanner, using whole, nutrient-dense ingredients designed to nourish the body at a cellular level, support digestion, and stabilise energy. The intention is to create a felt sense of vitality—where food becomes both grounding and deeply restorative.
Each detail is considered to support your system as a whole. From structured practices to quiet space for integration, the aim is to support you from head to tiny toe—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Spend four nourishing days on the South Coast in an intimate group of just 10 guests, where space, stillness, and restoration are at the centre of the experience.
Set within luxury accommodation and surrounded by nature, this retreat is designed to gently guide your system out of stress and into regulation and proper digestion.
Each day includes thoughtfully sequenced yoga, Pilates, and functional movement sessions to support strength, mobility, and nervous system balance, alongside chef-prepared, nutrient-dense meals designed to deeply nurture the gut, nourish the body and support digestive and metabolic health.
The program also includes guided meditation, sound bath immersion, and ceremonial practices to support emotional release, grounding, and reconnection. These experiences are intentionally curated to help quiet the mind and restore internal clarity.
With access to the pool, ice bath, sauna, and tennis court, there is also ample space for rest, integration, and unstructured time—an essential part of any true reset.

Nutritionally dense, whole food meals that do not leave you hungry.
All meals are prepared by our in-house chef, with a focus on nutrient-dense, whole food cuisine designed to support digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing throughout the retreat.
Guests are consistently surprised by the depth of flavour, creativity, and satisfaction in each meal. This is a clear demonstration that healthy eating does not need to be restrictive, bland, or complicated—in fact, when well-designed, it can be deeply enjoyable and naturally satisfying.
Each dish is intentionally crafted to nourish the body while supporting stable energy, reduced inflammation, and sustained fullness, helping you feel both well-fed and well-supported across the entire retreat experience.

Daily Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates classes.
Mornings begin with gentle, intentional movement designed to support circulation, awaken the body, and stimulate lymphatic flow to assist the body’s natural detoxification processes. This practice also helps regulate the nervous system, promoting a grounded and balanced start to the day.
Throughout the day, additional movement and wellbeing sessions are offered, allowing guests to engage at a level that feels appropriate for their body and energy. Participation is entirely self-directed, with the option to rest, integrate, or join as many sessions as desired.
While the schedule is designed with flexibility in mind, most guests naturally find themselves drawn to participate more fully than expected, as the combination of practices, environment, and support often creates a strong sense of ease, curiosity, and enjoyment.

Chill Time.
Afternoons are intentionally unstructured to support deep rest, integration, and nervous system recovery. Guests are invited to unwind in the sauna or pool, receive optional treatments, enjoy nourishing mocktails by the fire, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings as another thoughtfully prepared meal comes together.
This slower pace is an essential part of the retreat process, allowing the body to shift out of stimulation and into true restoration.
Evenings are gently closed with restorative practices such as sound healing, guided meditation, or relaxation sessions designed to support down-regulation of the nervous system and prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep.
