Hello beauty, I’m Katia.
Travel enthusiast, nature lover, whole foods foodie, yogini, pilates and movement educator, integrative nutrition coach, functional health mentor, reiki practitioner, and the creator behind Le Lithe Body…
And most importantly, mum to one incredibly special boy—my pride and joy, Elijah.
That’s me in a nutshell.
But beyond the labels, what truly shapes my work is my role as your health practitioner, guide, and advocate. I’m here to support you with both clinical insight and genuine care—while holding you accountable in a way that feels empowering (because you are the champion here).
We are living in a time where chronic stress, environmental toxins, ultra-processed foods, and lifestyle overload are having a very real impact on our health. What we eat, breathe, absorb, and are exposed to daily all contribute to how our body functions—and, over time, how it begins to dysfunction.
But this isn’t about fear—it’s about awareness, education, and action.
Through a functional health and integrative nutrition lens, I help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface. We move beyond symptom management to identify root causes, reduce overall toxic load, support the body’s natural detoxification pathways, and restore balance across key systems.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin—I understand. I’ve been there too.
And I also know that with the right guidance, strategy, and support, it is absolutely possible to rebuild your health, regain your energy, and feel at home in your body again.

When we look after ourselves, it creates ripples that flow out and effect things around us like our family, our work colleagues, our choices and indeed our precious Mother, Earth.
When we respect our body, when we listen to it’s signals, it’s wisdom, and support it with nutritious whole foods, fresh air, natural light, movement and self care, we start to respect everything pure and natural around us.
An instinct to preserve develops, a consciousness creeps in and we become empowered to live our best life, making the best choices to live in the best version of our body and therefore, our world. Magic!
Pilates and Yoga Instructor
As an experienced Pilates and yoga practitioner, I have supported a wide range of clients in developing greater body awareness, improving functional movement, and addressing the underlying contributors to pain and restriction.
Through targeted, evidence-informed movement practices, I help clients reduce—and in many cases resolve—chronic pain, while building strength, mobility, and resilience within the body.
This work is not just physical. When the body begins to move and function as it’s designed to, energy improves, the nervous system regulates, and overall wellbeing lifts (with a little laughter woven in along the way).
Nutrition Coach
As a certified nutrition coach, breathwork practitioner, and Reiki practitioner, I also support clients in developing sustainable health foundations beyond movement.
This includes personalised nutritional strategies, lifestyle and metabolic support, and nervous system regulation techniques designed to reduce stress load and improve overall resilience. Where appropriate, I also incorporate breathwork and energetic practices to support emotional balance, recovery, and regulation of the stress response.
Each approach is tailored to the individual—there is no one-size-fits-all model here. Care is guided by the client’s unique physiology, lifestyle demands, and health history, ensuring strategies are practical, achievable, and supportive of long-term outcomes.

I’m here to shine the light on the best choices for you, develop plans to target your unique physical, nutritional or self care needs, and give you the tools and guidance to implement them so they become your new norm.
