Host - Facilitator
Katia Florean is the founder of Le Lithe Body and a passionate advocate for helping people reconnect with their bodies and restore balance in their health and wellbeing.
An experienced Pilates, yoga and movement facilitator Katia draws from her own journey of navigating personal health challenges and discovering modes of healing, to connect and guide others towards their best health.
Through the power of combining functional health integration with emotional and energetic healing, Katia’s ambition is to empower others to take their health back into their own hands and make choices that are right for them by providing education, support, guidance and strategies to implement permanent health promoting change.
Her retreats provide a safe, supportive and transformational space to step away from daily demands, reconnect with your body, and invest in your health in a meaningful and restorative way.
David Spanner
Host - Chef
David is an internationally experienced chef who has spent decades working in leading kitchens across Europe, the UK and the United States, including executive roles with Meliá Hotels International and acclaimed restaurants such as Australasia and Plouf.
At the Kiama retreat, David brings this global experience into an intimate and deeply nourishing setting, creating meals designed to support energy, balance and overall wellbeing.
His philosophy is simple — food should be generous, satisfying, and make you feel good in your body. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to nourish, restore and bring people together around the table.

Deposit: $600 (non-refundable, transferrable) to secure your place
Balance due: 45 days prior to retreat start date

Cancellation Policy
Because we are booking a private venue and committing to upfront costs:
Deposits are non-refundable
Your place may be transferred to another person with prior approval
If we are able to fill your place, we will do our best to refund payments minus the deposit
We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Shared Room Bookings
If you book with a friend or partner, you’ll be placed together.
Solo guests booking shared rooms will be thoughtfully paired with another guest of the same gender.

Absolutely not. All movement, mindfulness, and workshops are gentle and adaptable to all levels. You are encouraged to participate in a way that feels safe and comfortable for your body.
Can I attend alone or with a partner/friend?
Yes! Many guests come on their own and quickly feel at ease in the group. Couples, friends, or family members are also welcome. The retreat environment is inclusive, supportive, and welcoming for all.
How many participants are there?
No more than 10 retreat guests. We keep the group small to ensure a supportive and intimate experience. This allows for personalised attention, deeper connection, and a safe space for sharing and learning.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
