    Mornings are always started with some gentle movement to wake up the body, stimulate the lymphatic system to encourage detoxification, and basically get us ready for the day. More physical activities are offered throughout the day and guests can participate in as many or as few activities as they like, although most do not want to miss out….

    Afternoons are spent relaxing in the sauna or spa, receiving treatments, drinking mocktails by the fire or just lounging around watching the chef prepare another delicious meal.

    Evenings are closed with a final relaxation, sound healing or guided meditation. Pure. Bliss.
